I'm Ill

Hey everyone!

So i know i always name my posts after a song that relates to the day but never has it been so literal.  I'm actually ill guys haha.  I have NO idea what's wrong, when i move my eyes my brain hurts, my tummy aches, my head kills, i'm not hungry (that's when you know something is wrong) and i'm so tired.  It started yesterday and today i've watched sunrise and set from this same position on my sister's bed.  I'm sorry i've been gone, i haven't been anywhere so haven't had outfits for you all and life has been pretty stagnant.  I thought i'd blog today though, an update and a joke OOTD, because you can't take yourself too seriously all the time, can you?!

Yesterday my mum gave me a pair of her Levi's Jeans, they are the 550 Relaxed Bootcut jeans and i really like them.  They fit quite loosely and i'll be rolling them up at the bottom because my mum is a few inches taller than me.  They have that 90's vibe i'm loving at the moment, i'm lucky my mum and i are the same size! I sweet talk her into giving me most of her clothes, yesterday she asked me why i have her jeans jacket when she gave it to me last year!

On to the outfit i've been rocking today!  I decided to go for my Men's Primark Jumper i talked about in my "New In: Speckles and Spring"  post, the print I thought would look great against the purple bedsheets i was chilling in all day.  I accessorised with a Primark Sports Bra with a hint of neon pink (to keep it SS12 trendy) and because ain't nobody got time for underwires when your laying in bed all day.

Thumbs up to keep the positivity up, to achieve this make up look, don't sleep, rub your eyes til they swell & bypass your make up bag when walk out of your house, et voilà!

On to the bottom half! I couldn't find my leggings so i improvised by wearing some woollen tights from Primark underneath a pair of leggings I cut to wear under my dashiki.

I accessorised with some colourful socks from Dorothy Perkins.  I thought they'd go perfectly with the print on the jumper and because it's a penguin in a scarf and hat skiing, i mean does it get cooler?

My last accessory i've been carrying around all day is my special cup.  I bought this in the Oxford Street Topshop the day i finished my GCSE's and it's a really important part of my life.   It comforted me through the tough times at uni, it gets put on the table when we eat, it just makes me immensely happy and i'm going to keep it forever! It cost me about £6 i think!

The ginger bread man is in a dougnut and the other is wearing a bandana, it's immense.

Lastly something i have to look forward to!  On Tuesday i'm going to see Kendrick Lamar in Camden.  I cannot wait! I've never been to a concert/gig so i'm really hyped and i think the atmosphere will be great.  It's standing though so i'll have to get there early so i can actually see something! I hope i'm better by then!

wooooooooooooooooooo

And that's all for now guys. Bit of a different post but it shows you more of my personality i really don't take myself too seriously, life is more fun that way! I hope you are all in good health and enjoying your Summer's! The weather in London is ridiculous it may as well be January!  I should have an outfit post for you next, i'll try my best to make that happen. Peace out!
x

    1. Hey Ariel! It's a Fujifilm Finepix S4000 i got it recently in April for my birthday, it's pretty good i find for what i need, i'm be no means a professional but it gives me good shots, amazing close ups and it's easy to use, it's a bridge camera, its light and compact and the screen is extremely clear and quite large, i think mine was £145, so not too bad, my parents got it for me off Amazon :) x
