So yesterday i met up with my friend Jen and we just strolled around Brick Lane and I thought i'd show you what we wore. I went for double denim and kept it casual and comfortable (as usual haha) and apart from a hay fever/ itching attack that left me on the floor tugging at my clothes the day was great! I'll keep this intro short and make this post photo heavy!
|Denim Shirt - Topman|
Topshop Leigh Skinnies
Rucksack - Market Stall
I accessorised with only silver jewellery which was odd for me as a gold lover, i wore the spiked Topman bracelet i showed you all here, the silver necklace i introduced here and the American Apparel watch i talked about here.
Rolled up my jeans and wore some baby pink ribbed PUMA socks my mum bought me from a random sports shop, i liked the way my black socks looked with my trainers in my "No More Rain (In This Cloud)" post so i thought i'd try it again.
|Bomber Jacket - Charity Shop|
My friend Jen paired a Primark crop top with a vintage pleated midi skirt and jeans jacket. She teamed this with statement earrings and brown brogues.
Went to one of my FAVOURITE restaurants, Gourmet Burger Kitchen, for lunch and I had these awesome onion rings an Oreo milkshake and a cheeseburger. Hopefully my burger craving has been satisfied for at least the next two days!
Checked out ROKIT (a vintage store on Brick Lane) and found this lovely tartan button up shirt in the Men's section for £15. I really loved it, and i'm thinking it'll look good with riding pants, jeans etc. It's another addition to my button up shirt collection, i'm currently on 10 i think!
That's all for now, hope you are all well!
P.S: Post title is the name of a Mac Miller song that is getting me through a little disappointment i'm going through at the moment, it's about not listening to people that tell you "you can't" and continuing to push through hardships. Have a listen and LIVE FREE!
